All the recipes provided here have been proven multiple times and are easy to follow, even by inexperienced cooks.  This is a collection of my family and friends' recipes that we have been enjoying for many years.

Everything is made of fresh and natural ingredients using traditional methods. No artificial coloring, no inedible decorations, and no blue, purple, or bright pink frosting. The recipes are based on the principle that taste comes first and decorations come as a happy addition, not the other way around. If you have any questions regarding my recipes, please contact me and I will be happy to answer your questions.

About me: I am a semi-retired chemical engineer who worked in Silicon Valley for 30 years. Chemical engineering has always been my passion but cooking and baking has been one of my most important hobbies. Now that I have more time to spend on my hobby, I decided to share my favorite recipes with others.

 

I started baking at the age of 12 and made quite a lot of errors before mastering it. I learned a lot from my mother who was always helpful and encouraging. Exchanging recipes and sharing hints with friends also played a big part in my learning. I do not always follow the recipes exactly but use my judgment and creativity, and this is what makes baking exciting.
